Call For Interest to Cooperatives : Fifth Edition of MOAZARA program

Call for Projects for the Fifth Edition of the "MOAZARA Program" for the year 2024

As part of the MOAZARA Program, which aims to co-finance socio-economic projects for organizations operating in the field of the Social and Solidarity Economy at the national level, the Ministry of Tourism, Handicrafts, and the Social and Solidarity Economy, in partnership with the Regional Councils that have signed specific agreements, is launching the fifth edition of the “MOAZARA Program” for the year 2024.

Organizations operating in the Social and Solidarity Economy with high value-added development projects that have a sustainable and measurable socio-economic impact, and wishing to benefit from this program, must submit their projects in one of the following sectors: Crafts, Tourism, Solidarity-based Agriculture, Local Products, Cultural Entrepreneurship, Health, Education, Environmental Preservation, Renewable Energies, Valorization of Local Natural Resources, and others.

The organizations concerned must submit their application files, in accordance with the provisions of the project presentation forms. The first form is reserved for associations and networks of associations, while the second form is intended for cooperatives. These forms can be downloaded and completed from the Ministry’s website: https://mtaess.gov.ma/moazara-5/, along with the required documents.

Files must be complete and duly filled out and submitted to the Ministry’s headquarters in exchange for a receipt indicating the date of the request and its reference number, no later than 30 August 2024 at 4:30 PM, which is the deadline for submitting applications, or sent by registered mail to the following address: Ministry of Tourism, Handicrafts, and the Social and Solidarity Economy, Directorate for the Promotion of the Social Economy, Avenue Mae Alanine, Haut Agdal – BP: 6435 – Rabat Instituts. Any submission after this deadline will be rejected.

Furthermore, and in accordance with Article 54 of Royal Decree No. 330-66 of 21 April 1967 (10 Moharrem 1387) concerning the general regulations of public accounting, submitting organizations of the Social and Solidarity Economy must obligatorily open their accounts with the General Treasury of the Kingdom.”
