The 2024 ICA World Conference will be held for the first time in India in 130 years of history, from November 25 to 30! New Delhi will host cooperators from around the world to explore the role of cooperatives in creating a collective, peaceful, and prosperous future for all.

The event will feature inspiring speakers, thought-provoking panel discussions, and participants will co-create cooperative visions and strategies during multiple interactive sessions. The theme of the conference, “Cooperatives Build Prosperity for All,” celebrates cooperatives as people-centered businesses, guided by purpose and focused on progress.
… and it will mark the launch of the United Nations International Year of Cooperatives 2025!

The event will officially launch the 2025 International Year of Cooperatives (IYC 2025) in the presence of global leaders, academics, and practitioners. IYC adopts the theme “Cooperatives Build a Better World” to inspire cooperators worldwide to work together to strengthen the international cooperative movement, of which the ICA is the heartbeat.

The World Conference will be organized by the Indian Farmers Fertilizer Cooperative (IFFCO) and the 18 ICA member organizations in India.
